Challenge
Beacon’s goal was to build a retail client customer portal for long tail retail investment. The project vision was large and ambitious, but initially lacked a clear execution blueprint. Vendor selection & recommendation
We researched the market to create a shortlist of potential vendors. Through detailed interviews and platform demonstrations, we conducted a rigorous, points-based evaluation to assess each vendor’s capabilities, and how well each vendor satisfied our authored user stories. This process culminated in a final vendor recommendation, complete with solution guidelines, cost analysis as well as a medium and long term implementation plan.
