    LittleBox's Role

Product management, solution architecture, web development, DevOps

We were mandated by the Musée contemporary art of Montréal to conceive, develop, and manage their new website, aligning it with their new institutional identity. Our role encompassed total responsibility, from initial strategy and business analysis to technical execution and comprehensive project management.

    Our role and solution

As the primary digital partner, our involvement covered every aspect of the project, ensuring cohesion between the strategic vision and the final delivery.

    Strategic architecture and business analysis

We acted as business analysts, collaborating closely with stakeholders and external teams to define the new organizational structure. We created the new sitemap and information architecture, laying the foundation for an intuitive, discovery-focused user experience.

    Full-stack development and content management

We handled both backend and frontend development. At the core of the solution, we built a flexible and intuitive page builder that empowers the MAC team to update and create content easily and with complete autonomy.

    Key integrations and accessibility

The new site was technically optimized for the museum’s ecosystem, including seamless integrations with the Collections database and the e-commerce platform. Furthermore, we conducted a detailed accessibility audit to ensure the platform is inclusive and adheres to the highest standards.

    Project management and DevOps

We ensured the management of all teams involved, creating and updating the project timeline and producing regular reports for stakeholders. We were also responsible for DevOps, guaranteeing robust deployment processes and the long-term stability of the site.
