DRAKKAR

DRAKKAR is a recognized expert in outsourcing, with offices across Canada and the US and more than 2,500 employees. Our primary mandate for this project was to unveil their new brand identity while optimizing the online recruitment process. We also needed to give the DRAKKAR team the flexibility to easily create, edit, and build new page structures autonomously.

Our role and solution

To address DRAKKAR’s growth and flexibility challenges, we designed and delivered a modern technical platform that separates content management from the user experience.

Decoupled architecture

We selected Drupal as the CMS, coupled with Drupal Paragraphs, to provide content editors with a full “page builder” experience. Concurrently, the frontend was entirely built with React, ensuring an optimized, fast, and smooth user experience.

Flexibility and scalability

We created a library of more than 20 flexible blocks that can be added to any page or post type. This modular architecture was designed to support the significant brand and content growth expected over the coming years. This system now offers the internal team great freedom in creation and editing.

Job portal integration

The site includes a fully functional job portal seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics. This integration allows users to apply directly and manage their preferences, streamlining the entire recruitment process.

Key outcomes

The result is a powerful digital platform that embodies DRAKKAR’s new identity. Thanks to the block architecture and the integration of modern technologies, the site is both ready for the company’s future growth and optimized for its core function: attracting and managing talent.
