Management Concepts, a leader in professional development for the public and private sectors, was facing significant challenges with its website. A common occurrence, Management Concepts digital ecosystem had been built up, ad-hoc over time, from multiple loosely coupled SAAS services.  The result?  A disjointed user journey weighed down by a lack of flexibility, frustrating both the internal team as well as their end users. User conversions were measurably affected, and the product offering was poorly presented. A unifying overhaul was overdue.

Our Solution: A Strategic, User-Focused Transformation

Our challenge was to reimagine the user experience by bringing clarity and cohesion to Management Concepts’ diverse product portfolio. We led a full-lifecycle engagement that combined strategic analysis with technical expertise.

Discovery

We began with a comprehensive discovery phase, collaborating closely with multiple business units to understand their unique needs and challenges. Our team conducted a deep-dive into the existing ecosystem, including formal business process mapping, a wide reaching content analysis, and technical systems map. We then translated these insights into a strategic blueprint, and ultimately a 360° design and technical execution strategy.

Development & integration

We architected a robust, component-based CMS that provided content editors with the flexibility they needed to manage content, while maintaining a thematically unified design. We worked closely with the Management Concepts IT and other key stakeholders across business units team to ensure seamless integration with their internal and third-party tools, building a modern engineering workflow that provided digital future proofing.

Delivery & optimization

As part of the implementation, we partnered with the various business units when organizing the extensive content entry and migration phase, ensuring a smooth transition to the new site.The final result was not just a successful launch, but a significant increase in site performance backed by a powerful bespoke search engine integration, leading to an ultimately intuitive and enriching user experience.
